As a public historian, much of Elyssa's work is centered in the museum world. She believes in the importance of not just producing this work herself but training the next generation of museum professionals for this work. Included in the slide show below is just a sampling of the exhibits that she has organized, directed, edited, and maintained. Most of these exhibits were research, designed, produced, and installed by undergraduate students at Northwest Missouri State University. By collaborating with campus and community partners, these exhibits are not just for the classroom environment; they are produced at a professional level for a public audience.
